Water is the main solvent in our body which become essential component of blood and solvent for most body enzyme reaction. It is obvious that water take the most essential part in our body to bring homeostasis. (this include all part metabolism: food, secrete, and toxin metabolism).
Drink enough water help the body to fully operate: metabolize the meal we eat, distribute nutrition to whole body and dispose useless our dangerous chemical from our body. With this water therapy actually bring our body to homeostasis state so the body will heal naturally.
It is better not to think water as medicine, but as part natural body homeostasis system
